A European leader, Sherpa leader or Sirdar, or an In-country leader. The type of leader is specified in the itinerary description for each trek or tour. Leadership varies as trips as diverse as climbing Mera Peak, trekking to Everest Base Camp or a holiday in Japan require specialised knowledge and skills.'
Economy class return air fares from the UK., where you see the 'plane symbol' or it says 'flight included'.
Flights from the UK are NOT included in the 'Land Only' prices
Join in-country where you see this specified or see the 'Join in-country' symbol
All internal flights and hotel/airport transfers where applicable.
Good standard hotel accommodation (usually 4 star) in main cities, bed and breakfast basis.
Best available hotels in outlying towns, usually on full board.
All road transport by private vehicles.
All camping facilities and all meals on trek.
Camp staff to carry out all camp work on trek.
Costs of all porterage and their insurance. (except where you see a rucksack symbol)
Sightseeing where specified.

Price Variations
There is a lot of publicity at the moment about airlines imposing fuel surcharges and supplements. Wherever possible we try to absorb these, however from time to time it may be necessary to pass on these additional costs. All trip prices therefore may be subject to change due to such external factors and the prices for each individual departure may vary slightly from those published in the current brochure. Any changes to the price of an individual trip will be advised before the booking is confirmed.
